Job Submission Policy

Fitt Insider, Inc. (“Fitt Insider” or “we”, “our” or “us”) operates the Fitt Insider services, which include our podcasts, newsletters, websites, press releases, and related social media pages (collectively, the “Services”).

Content Policy

The jobs board is curated to best serve our community and partners.

All jobs are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any job post. By submitting a job, you agree to this content policy and terms of use.

  • All trainer, coach or in-facility roles must be full-time and salaried.
  • We do not post call center, IT or admin roles.
  • We review each role and company for accuracy, relevance, and credibility.

Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment. Featured Jobs are published to the jobs board upon completion of payment. Featured jobs are pinned to the top of the jobs board for 30 days. Featured Jobs are shared on the Fitt Insider Instagram Stories and Anthony Vennare’s LinkedIn account on Fridays.

Cancellation. Featured Jobs submissions may be cancelled by the customer ahead of publishing. Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by Fitt Insider. Please contact insider@fitt.co to cancel a submission.

Refunds. Fitt Insider will offer a full refund if the Featured Job has been paid for but not yet published to the jobs board. Once the Featured Job is live on the jobs board, refunds may not be issued.
