Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage the Therabody retail/B2B customer portfolio in Canada. You’ll work with our current teams in the US – especially Sales, Marketing and Operations – to leverage the current infrastructure and introduce plans to deliver our international double-digit annual growth goals. The role requires a “player coach” with a roll-up your sleeves attitude!
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, an expert on the Canadian market and key customers and have proven experience at scaling a winning business model.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation
· Deliver annual revenue expectations within profitability guardrails
· Manage communications and the day-to-day business of distribution partners
· Work with Planning and Operations to ensure inventory availability
· Create a reliable pipeline and forecasts, communicating regularly with leadership around challenges and strategies to overcome these.
· Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and strategic partners, ensuring we deliver on the value promised.
People
· Manage external partners, including 2 rep agency partners
· Highly cross-functional role with global internal teams and executive leadership
Reporting
· Report regularly on country performance against agreed plans and targets.
· Analyze metrics and implement projects to improve operational and financial performance.
The Right Person Would Have:
● 5 years’ commercial experience in a high performance environment, ideally in CE or wellness categories
● Proven experience in delivering revenue goals
● Expert knowledge of the Canadian retailer landscape and market
● Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
● Natural leadership skills with a passion for details and personally delivering results
● Excellent communicator, negotiator and speaker/presenter
● Experience with Best Buy Canada, Canadian Tire, Costco or other national retailers required. Beneficial to have experience in independent dealers, regional accounts and/or B2B customers (gym, premium & incentive, golf, etc)
● Must reside in Canada
