Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with proven expertise and strong copywriting skill to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the champion of our products. You will develop go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales teams with the insights they need. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, ensuring the successful positioning and promotion of our equipment across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft and communicate compelling product value propositions that resonate with our brand identity and meet market demands.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis and gather customer insights to shape product marketing strategies and uncover new growth revenues.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Spearhead the creation and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches, collaborating closely with sales, design, R&D, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
  • Content Development: Partner with creative and copywriting teams to generate high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, advertisements, and video scripts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success aligns with market needs.
  • Support Product Launches: Coordinate global product launch activities in collaboration with the product marketing team, managing timelines, marketing collateral, and event logistics.
  • Sales Support: Develop sales enablement tools and resources such as product guides, FAQS and training presentations to empower the sales team in effectively communicating product value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Passionate about Fitness and wellness
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the fitness equipment or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of global B2B markets and the commercial fitness equipment lifecycle.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies for premium products.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple
  • stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Bonus: Personal trainer certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, NESTA, etc.)
