About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director or VP of Healthcare Sales to drive Little Otter Health’s strategic partnerships and collaborations within the acute behavioral health sector (e.g. healthcare provider networks, pediatric clinics, OB/Gyn clinics & behavioral health.) Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will engage healthcare provider systems, behavioral health, pediatric & ob/gyn clinics to initiate patient referrals for our digital mental health solution. You will create test and scale strategies to activate new partners by aligning their goals with outcomes that drive growth for Little Otter. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make childhood and whole family mental healthcare work for everyone. As our business grows, you will be building out a team of sales professionals to focus on the healthcare market nationwide. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or related roles serving the healthcare industry; with a track record of top performance.
  • 5+ years carrying your own personal quota focused on healthcare sales. 
  • 3+ years managing a quota-carrying team.
  • Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers; and from companies with low tech adoption to companies with high tech adoption.
  • Experience managing at least 3 direct report reps in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool
