What will this position do?   

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media platforms are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.

  • Develop, implement, and execute social media strategies that align with business goals across all organic social channels. 
  • Lead our community growth & engagement strategies across all organic social channels.  
  • Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and strategies, providing monthly reports with actionable insights. 
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, lifecycle marketing, copywriting, and consumer response teams to ensure brand consistency and unified communications. Work directly with our Social Content Manager and design team to formulate data-driven creative strategies. 
  • Formulate, calendarize, and manage all social content calendars across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, ect. 
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. 
  • Stay on top of the latest food/social media trends. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

What are we looking for? 

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing or bachelor’s degree in marketing/ relevant field 
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. 
  • Hands-on experience in content management. 
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills. 
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns. 
  • Team player with great collaboration skills. 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices.
