About the Role
WHOOP is hiring a Social Media Strategy Specialist to support the development and execution of organic social strategy across platforms. This role is ideal for an emerging strategist who is excited to own assigned content workstreams, shape platform-native creative, and contribute to broader channel planning alongside senior team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
2 to 4 years of experience in social media at a brand or agency.
Deep understanding of platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, and their best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Sprinklr (or a similar tool)
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to adapt brand voice by platform.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative spirit.
Passion for performance, wellness, and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) a plus.
