About the Role:
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own and scale Foodsmart’s Food Access & Benefits platform — the product area that powers our expanding portfolio of food programs, health benefits management, and ancillary services that extend Foodsmart’s impact beyond nutrition counseling. Health plans that service Medicaid and Medicare populations are increasingly looking to partners like Foodsmart who can manage the complexity of delivering complex and interconnected services associated with food benefit and food-as-medicine clinical intervention offerings to their members. Foodsmart is uniquely positioned to serve these client and member needs and we are aggressively building our product and service portfolio.
As the product lead for Food Access & Benefits platform, you’ll be responsible for the systems and capabilities that underpin how members access food benefits, how employers and health plans administer those benefits, and how Foodsmart launches and scales new service lines in an environment with multiple stakeholders, regulatory considerations, and operational dependencies. You’ll translate messy, multi-party operational complexity into clean, scalable product — launching new services that create real value for members & clients while driving impact on the business.
This role is ideal for a product leader who has launched products in operationally intensive domains — someone who can navigate the complexity of health benefits, food access programs, and partner ecosystems while bringing PM rigor and strategic clarity to a space that has historically been driven by operations alone. You’re also excited bringing new services to market, establishing product market fit, and driving meaningful impact for the business.
