Who You Are

    We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based independent contractor (1099) engagement focused on building qualified candidate pipelines.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines.
  • Source candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
  • Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs.
  • Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
  • Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians
  • 2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine
  • Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles
  • Experience using AI within the recruiting process
  • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach
  • Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS
