We’re filling this role for a client building a B2B platform that uses 3D motion capture and AI to help professionals assess and improve movement quality in seconds.
Position Summary
The Account Executive is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial seller responsible for driving new business and supporting customer success post-sale. This role goes beyond closing deals—owning onboarding, training, and relationship management to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
This person will also provide valuable customer insights back to the broader team to inform product and service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the product, market, and ROI to effectively position value
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline by identifying and nurturing ideal prospects
- Drive full-cycle sales: demo, close, onboard, and expand accounts to meet quarterly goals
- Lead onboarding and training to ensure strong adoption and ongoing engagement
- Partner with internal teams to share customer feedback and influence product improvements
- Organize and support webinars, roundtables, and educational sessions for prospects and customers
- Attend industry events and conferences to build pipeline and strengthen relationships
- Share sales insights and best practices to support broader team success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS and/or B2B sales
- Interest or experience in health, fitness, sports, or medical industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen
- Comfortable operating in a high-activity, fast-paced sales environment
