The Manager, Integrations will be key part of the ERP and Business Systems team and will be responsible for participating in, and leading, a new team delivering integration solutions from design to handover. You will work closely with stakeholders, the internal technology teams, and vendors to co-create solutions that will evolve our current system landscape. You provide coaching and leadership to the team, ensuring they are supported in their day-to-day challenges and set up for success in delivering high quality solutions. Meet Your Future Team:
The Technology team is the glue that holds the interworking of Arc’teryx together.  In this role you will work with teams of people both inside and external partners to deliver on the overall strategy for Arc’teryx. Working alongside a team of experts and agile working professionals, you will deliver solutions to our core ERP that support our growth plans, and strategy.  
If you were the Manager, Integrations now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
  • Plan, design, manage, implement, support and monitor ERP integration solutions and middleware for on-premise, cloud or hybrid scenarios.
  • Establish and maintain ERP Integration strategy, service-levels and standards aligned with best practice and cross-functional requirements.
  • Manage and recruit team of Integration Developers. Provide mentorship, prioritize tasks, track performance, and deliver feedback as needed.
  • Plan and conduct workshops, design and build integrations and interfaces, create plans for data Integration and testing
  • Collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable, efficient integration solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance to team members and development teams in designing and developing integration scenarios.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP integration technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ERP integration best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. Manage relationships with third party system integrators and vendors assisting with delivery and support for enterprise systems and associated services.
  • Document decisions and risks. Form and execute mitigation plan.
  • Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues/problems as, or before they occur.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
  • Migrate legacy SAP PI/PO integrations from legacy systems to SAP BTP-IS
  • Develop policy, controls, and standards for integrations
  • Lead large, highly visible, and impactful projects that enable the company to innovate, grow and evolve.
Are you our next Manager of Integrations?
  • You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and a minimum of five year’s related experience. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP BTP Integration Suite, with practical experience designing and implementing integration scenarios using various integration patterns.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role of a technical team composed of Full Time and Contract employees.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an SAP Integration Developer, with a strong foundation in SAP PI/PO development and implementation.
  • Extensive expertise in SAP CPI, including hands-on experience in creating integration flows, APIs, and using adapters to connect diverse systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based development and familiarity with SAP BTP’s offerings, including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
  • Proven experience in technical platform architecture, design and deployment
  • You have solid understanding of the SAP landscape, modules, terminology and methodologies.
  • You are an excellent collaborator while also able to work effectively with a team

  • You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight timescales
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
