The Associate, Site Experience role will support the alignment of our product offerings and consumer expectations. This position requires a passion for product and the brand, an understanding of eCommerce and merchandising and to be constantly curious about the consumer and their decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing site experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the merchandising strategy of the site, ensuring alignment with product architecture and consumer shopping experience
- Partner closely with the merchant and product teams to understand priorities in the category and the inventory flows and product launches to ensure the site appropriately supports the assortment
- Make recommendations to the editorial calendar and own the merchandising strategy on landing pages
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align on plans and have consistent story telling at all touch points of the consumer journey
- Analyze site performance through a consumer and category lens, prioritizing initiatives to improve the shopping experience
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance site experience and meet commercial objectives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, general management, or merchandising, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry
- Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
- Comfortable with site metrics and merchandise KPIs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage up, influencing strategy and operations
