As we continue to expand our reach and impact, NOBULL is seeking a talented Graphic Designer, specializing in Email Design to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to impact our top revenue-driving vehicle to showcase the right blend of brand DNA and commercial storytelling. Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and engaging email campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute email designs that effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
- Develop creative assets, including graphics, layouts, and templates, to enhance the effectiveness of our email communications.
- Create effective templates and assets for email automation and triggers to better bring consumers back to the site as well as retain them long-term.
- Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for various email clients to maximize deliverability and engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email design, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Partner with the Email team to conduct A/B testing by providing multiple iterations of the same campaign. Work with the business team to review the analysis of performance metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of our email campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Brand Creative, and Merchandising to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist with other design projects as needed, such as website graphics, social media assets, and print materials. Ensure there is a consistent Brand and campaign POV across site and performance marketing.
- Manage a coordinator and help develop them and broadening their graphic and design skill set through clear expectations and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of email marketing principles, including HTML/CSS coding for email templates (experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Passion for apparel, and footwear industry trends and brands.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
