Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Contractor 
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) Contractor to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role will be crucial in driving our top of the funnel sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential clients. The SDR will be responsible for working with our team of Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to manage inbound lead prospecting with the end result of booking meetings for them.
This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the B2B Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Commercial teams to work inbound leads. The highest priority will be booking meetings for the RSDs.
  • Maintain regular metric reporting to ensure conversion rates are hitting and leads are being worked in a timely manner.
  • Share feedback and review data regularly as to what is or isn’t working.
  • Work closely with Marketing on messaging strategies to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Conduct initial meetings with potential clients, handing over only qualified prospects to RSDs.
  • Utilize various sales tools and platforms to create and maintain prospect records, while assisting RSDs with top tier opportunities, streamlining the sales process and tracking progress.
  • Aim to secure 7-10 meetings per week.
To be successful in this role you may have:
  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Intermediate or higher expertise  with the following tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
