Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Studios to oversee and drive performance across 10 to 20 company-owned locations nationwide. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, financial performance, staffing, and member experience of our corporate studios.
This is a remote-based position with regular travel across the United States to ensure in-person leadership, coaching, and support of the corporate store teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage Corporate Store Portfolio – Oversee all aspects of operations for 10-20 corporate-owned D1 Training facilities, ensuring consistency, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Drive Operational Performance – Implement and monitor best-in-class systems, processes, and KPIs to drive membership growth, retention, and financial results.
- Support & Coach Leadership Teams – Provide direct support and leadership development to General Managers and Facility Coaches, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Execute Strategic Initiatives – Roll out corporate initiatives, promotions, and new programs, ensuring seamless integration at the facility level.
- Ensure Brand Consistency & Member Experience – Protect and enhance the brand experience, delivering exceptional training and customer service across all locations.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work cross-functionally with marketing, performance, finance, and franchise support teams to drive results and elevate performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in multi-unit fitness operations, preferably overseeing 10+ locations
- Strong operational leadership background with a proven track record in sales, operations, and team leadership
- Experience working with or as an Area Developer, or in corporate multi-site management within the fitness industry
- Ability to manage P&Ls, drive KPIs, and execute performance improvement plans
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to oversee and support locations nationwide
