Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and business development team in driving new customer leads and management of the existing sales pipeline. This role involves coordinating outreach efforts, managing client relationships, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring that OB/Gyn practices receive exceptional support throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OB/Gyn clinics, physicians, and healthcare administrators to understand their needs and promote appropriate services.
- Coordinate and track sales leads, client interactions, and service agreements using CRM systems.
- Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and onboarding materials for OB/Gyn clinic clients.
- Support the sales team in managing the pipeline and scheduling demos, site visits, or virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical operations to develop tailored campaigns and support materials for women’s health services.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between internal departments and OB/Gyn clinic staff.
- Stay informed on current trends and regulatory updates in women’s health and OB/Gyn care.
- Assist in planning and attending industry events, trade shows, and webinars targeted at OB/Gyn professionals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in women’s health or healthcare services.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with OB/Gyn clinic workflows and patient care models.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience working directly with OB/Gyn clinics, women’s health providers, or outpatient clinics in another medical specialty.
- Comfort communicating clinical service benefits to healthcare professionals.
Work Environment:
- Office-based or hybrid setup with occasional travel to OB/Gyn clinics or conferences.
- Collaborative team environment with close coordination across sales, clinical, and administrative teams.
