Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies.
We’re filling this role for a client, a mission-driven brand at the forefront of longevity medicine and health optimization.
The Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across a diverse ecosystem, spanning clinical offerings, digital consumer products, and educational content — each designed for distinct audiences with varying needs. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven company at the intersection of medicine, technology, and education that is transforming how people approach their health and longevity.
This role offers the chance to scale a proven, mission-driven brand at the forefront of longevity medicine and health optimization. With clinical credibility, thought leadership, and a fast-growing audience, we’re expanding our impact, bringing science-backed tools and education to millions in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment.
This role reports directly to our Global COO/CFO and is part of our executive leadership team. While the CEO and COO make up the top tier, this role is one of a handful of senior leaders trusted to shape strategy, lead teams, and translate vision into execution across the business.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a marketer who can translate excellence into accessibility. You’ll be tasked with bringing premium value to more people without dilution – owning audience strategy and leading integrated campaigns while protecting the brand at every touchpoint.
You’ll also be responsible for assembling and managing a high-performing team, including in-house talent, agency partners, and fractional collaborators, ensuring integrated execution across brand, content, and performance marketing.
Audience Intelligence & Segmentation
- Define and evolve our understanding of who we serve, across multiple audience types, product lines, and price points, using psychographics, behaviors, and buying triggers to guide strategy.
- Build and maintain a segmentation framework that informs content, messaging, and performance marketing.
Direct-to-Consumer Campaign Strategy
- Architect and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid, organic, and experiential.
- Know when to experiment — and when to double down — with ROI always in view.
Brand Voice & Market Adaptation
- Own the execution of brand voice and positioning across all channels, guiding a cross-functional team of internal creatives, external partners, and marketing leads to ensure every campaign reflects brand values while supporting growth.
- This role is central in aligning brand strategy with broader marketing and business objectives.
Premium Brand Stewardship at Scale
- Be the guardian of the brand. Maintain trust and identity while driving reach.
- Know when to say no to protect brand equity — and yes when it builds it responsibly.
Strategic Growth Without Gimmicks
- Grow our reach and revenue without shortcuts.
- Scale thoughtfully — building long-term equity alongside short-term wins.
Product Marketing Collaboration
- Work with our Head of Product and Head of Content to ensure market insights inform product direction and go-to-market plans.
- Stay close to what people need, want, and expect — and use that to guide what we build next.
Qualifications
This role requires both vision and hands-on execution. We’re looking for a leader who blends creative instinct with strategic depth — someone who not only excels on creative, but understands why a message works, who it’s for, and how to measure its impact.
- Deep fluency across the modern marketing stack — including lifecycle and CRM tools, performance and paid media platforms, web and SEO/SEM strategy, podcast and content distribution platforms, and analytics tools.
- We expect every leader in our organization to actively explore, evaluate, and implement AI tools that enhance efficiency, creativity, and scale. This role requires hands-on familiarity with AI applications across marketing workflows — including content generation, image and asset creation, marketing automation, and data analysis — with a commitment to using these tools responsibly, preserving brand voice, and driving innovation.
- Familiarity with creative collaboration tools and marketing ops systems
- Experience coordinating and managing creative production workflows, including photo and video shoots, campaign development, and editorial content.
- Demonstrated success balancing aggressive growth objectives with brand protection
- Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, and execution-heavy environment
- Equally confident briefing creatives and presenting to executives
- Listens closely to the market and translates insights into action
- Brings experience in health, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands
- Values autonomy and long-term impact over traditional corporate advancement
