Job Description

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of up to ten clinics under our brand. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, consistent patient experience, and sustainable growth across multiple locations.

The Operations Manager will serve as a direct partner in scaling the organization—bridging high-level strategy with day-to-day operational execution. They will lead and support Clinic General Managers, ensuring that each location meets its financial, clinical, and service goals while embodying our mission of extending vitality, healthspan, and longevity for our patients.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

  • Provide direct leadership and mentorship to up to 10 Clinic General Managers.
  • Ensure alignment of each clinic with the overall mission, values, and growth objectives of the organization.
  • Set performance expectations, monitor results, and hold GMs accountable for meeting operational and financial targets.

Operational Excellence

  • Standardize clinic operations, workflows, and best practices to drive consistency across all locations.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs related to patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue, and profitability.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support growth.

Financial Management

  • Partner with Clinic General Managers to manage budgets, revenue goals, and cost controls.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve margins without compromising patient care.
  • Report performance and recommendations directly to the owner.

Patient Experience & Quality

  • Ensure that all clinics deliver a premium, patient-centered experience aligned with our longevity and wellness philosophy.
  • Work with GMs to monitor patient feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure services meet the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.

Strategic Growth

  • Support the rollout of new locations, including staffing, systems integration, and operational setup.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to the owner to guide expansion and service offerings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability among all clinic teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-site operations management, ideally in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or a related service-driven industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold managers accountable.
  • Track record of managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Passion for health, longevity, and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the western U.S. and Canada.
