About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for our core enterprise product lines. This role will report to the VP of Product Marketing and own product positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution across multiple customer segments. You will drive the narrative around Garner’s differentiated approach to healthcare economics – translating complex data and clinical insights into compelling value propositions that resonate with CFOs, benefits leaders, and physician networks. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue, product strategy, and how the market perceives Garner’s capabilities.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The target salary range for this position is $145,000 – $185,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
