Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Finance to support our SweatHouz franchises, shaping their structure, growth, management, and financial future.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing corporate and franchise level finances.

  • Develop and execute all financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, comprehensive reporting and strategic planning, to achieve business objectives and performance.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accounting and financial systems, manage bookkeeping and banking structure at both corporate and studio levels.
  • Develop and maintain payroll across all states at both corporate and studio levels.
  • Oversee the financial modeling and analysis of strategic initiatives and investments to evaluate ROI, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive alignment on financial goals, initiatives, and strategies, and ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Interface with third-party partners as needed, including tax firms and accounting firms.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the company at the corporate and studio levels.


  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on planning and analysis; experience operating within a franchise model required
  • Proven track record of leading financial and accounting functions, developing strategic plans, and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred
  • Experience with generally accepted accounting principles and managing bookkeeping across several entities in multiple states
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to critically review accounting records for accuracy and completeness regularly
