Movement Manager on Duty (MOD)
Knot Springs | Portland, Oregon
Full-Time | Hourly + Commission | One Weekend Day Required
Move with purpose. Lead with intention. Build something meaningful.
At Knot Springs, we believe movement is more than a workout. It’s an opportunity to challenge yourself, build confidence, connect with others, and feel better in your body.
We’re a social wellness club rooted in the belief that wellness should be approachable, engaging, and part of everyday life. Our Movement department brings that philosophy to life through thoughtful programming, exceptional coaching, and a community that makes showing up feel good.
We’re looking for a Movement Manager on Duty (MOD) who shares that vision and is excited to help shape what’s next.
This isn’t just a coaching position. It’s an opportunity for a passionate fitness professional to step into leadership, inspire a team, develop innovative programming, and help grow a thriving Movement community.
The Role
As our Movement Manager on Duty, you’ll work closely with the Movement Manager to lead the daily operations, programming, and growth of our Movement department.
You’ll spend time doing what you love: coaching classes, training clients, and connecting with members. But you’ll also help drive the business forward by developing programs, mentoring fitness professionals, building relationships, and creating opportunities for more people to experience Movement at Knot Springs.
We’re looking for someone who can balance the energy of a great coach with the mindset of a strong leader.
Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, challenge the status quo, and help build something exceptional.
