We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainers to join our Pvolve team!

The Trainer position is responsible for delivering effective, energizing, and creative classes in line with the Pvolve Method. The trainer will be a dynamic, high-energy, and commanding instructor, who is ready to be part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. This position requires teaching experience, a team- player attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding class experiences after completing the Pvolve certification program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Teach a minimum of 12-15 classes weekly
  • Successfully complete our 100-hour immersive training program to deliver on all components of the Pvolve class experience
  • Greet clients before class, assess the needs of class participants, and personalize class to each members needs
  • Ability to provide modifications and challenges to create an all-level class experience
  • Point of contact post class, advising clients on frequency, class packages, our program offerings, and any other questions/concerns
  • Build Pvolve attendance and hit retention and utilization goals
  • Ensure safety and proper movement execution
  • Attend trainer meetings as part of ongoing development
  • Grow brand awareness through events, social media, and other marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • A dynamic, high-energy personality
  • A love for fitness, health, and wellness
  • 3+ years group fitness/ personal training experience
  • A deep understanding of anatomy and proper movement execution
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Positive demeanor and team-player attitude
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Current trainer certification from accredited certifying bodies, with preference for one of the following NASM, ACE, or AFAA a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field
  • Professional dance background
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques & body mechanics
  • Certified in CPR/AED

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: To expand on throughout interview process

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
