Job Summary

The Studio Assistant delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering studio membership and retail products and services. They will build relationships and translate the mission of SweatHouz through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. The Studio Assistant delivers successful guest and member engagement, and attainment of sales revenue goals. They ensure the proper cleanliness of each suite before every session. Our environment is fast-paced and exciting, expect to break a sweat and be active during your shift. Comfortable shoes are a must, as you will be on your feet throughout the duration of each shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Guest (Intro) Experience and New Membership Enrollment (30% of role)

  • Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SweatHouz products/services will satisfy their needs and goals
  • Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro’s individual needs and goals
  • Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner
  • Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol
  • On-boards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability
  • Consistently achieves or exceed personal and team sales goals

Prospecting and Lead Generation (30% of role)

  • Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities
  • Manages and follows up on leads/new business by using our Customer Relationship Management Platform, Axle
  • Executes daily plan for successful lead management and selling activities, including phone calls, text messages, and emails, averaging 80-100 points of contact throughout a shift
  • Consistently exceed productivity goals

Member Experience (20% of role)

  • Partners with Studio Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention
  • Ensures members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs
  • Maintains relationships with members and serves as a resource for their questions or concerns
  • Maintains a welcoming, positive attitude while ensuring the studio remains clean, friendly and well maintained for clients and guests.

Cleaning and Studio Maintenance (20% of role)

  • Thoroughly cleans the amenities in each suite after every use, including the sauna, shower, and cold plunge.
  • Participates in daily deep cleaning of suites, cold plunge tubs, and common areas to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
  • Takes initiative to efficiently identify and complete cleaning tasks throughout the studio without waiting for direction.
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
  • Restocks supplies and monitors cleanliness of amenities, locker rooms, and lobby areas throughout the day.
  • Accurately maintains all cleaning and stocking trackers to ensure accountability and consistency.
  • Reports any maintenance, repair, or supply needs promptly to management.
  • Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold brand standards.
