The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product & Engineering team at Tiny Health. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, design, science, and operations to own the product roadmap and bring impactful features to life across our customer-facing, clinician-facing, and enterprise-facing experiences.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll translate insights into action, drive outcomes across multiple surfaces, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, across customer-facing, clinician-facing, and enterprise-facing experiences.
  • Translate scientific and user insights into clear product requirements and thoughtful user experiences.
  • Define and drive the product roadmap in close collaboration with leadership and the core product and engineering team, incorporating input from science, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Improve user activation, engagement, and retention through intuitive UX and onboarding flows.
  • Build tools and workflows that empower clinicians, internal ops, and customer support teams.
  • Use data, research, and feedback loops to prioritize features and measure impact.
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing to launch new initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Make fast, strategic decisions with limited data, balancing scrappiness and precision.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • ~5+ years of product management experience, with end-to-end ownership of complex products. We’re also open to exceptional candidates with less experience, or those with significantly more who are excited by our stage.
  • Strong analytical skills. You’re comfortable digging into data, defining metrics, and using insights to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure product impact.
  • A track record of owning the business performance of a product area. You treat your product like a mini P&L.
  • Proven ability to lead product development across the full lifecycle, from zero to one and one to scale.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making high-leverage decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can rally cross-functional teams around problems and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Technical fluency or an engineering background. You can engage deeply on architecture, data flows, and tradeoffs.
  • Product design sensibility. You care about usability, interaction details, and user-centric workflows.
  • Experience in healthtech, diagnostics, or working with scientific data products.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, QuickSight, and SQL for self-serve analysis.
  • Previous experience as a startup’s first or early PM.
