Job Description

Reporting to the CRO, the VP of Global Sales will support the development and growth of key verticals, both Domestically and Internationally, focused on achieving positive financial results (revenue, volume, and profit) and growing share / space on the floor (at Specialty dealers, showrooms, gyms, studios, hotels and more). In this role you will be responsible for creating a multi-year strategic plan, executing that plan and managing end-to-end account management. You will also manage a team of Account professionals and a network of global distributors to implement our strategies.


  • Specialty and Vertical Planning and Development
    • Develop the go-to-market strategy and plan
    • Identify target opportunities, develop timelines, and model financial success while hitting quarterly sales targets
    • Develop and maintain actionable business plans by account – work to upsell accounts to a holistic solution inclusive of commercial cardio and strength products as well as digital services
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead-generation programs
  • Sales Activity
    • Develop a target list of potential partners (retailers, distributors, gyms, etc.) and actively call on customers
    • Lead sales meetings and the development sales presentations
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
    • Prepare and present sales decks, including price quotes, deal terms, delivery, customer service, etc.
  • Partnership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams – Marketing, Digital, Product Development, Operations and Customer Service – to plan and execute the strategic plan with excellence
    • Maintain business relationships with senior management across the Specialty and Commercial channel, adding value through expertise and strategic partnerships.
    • Build team structure and manage internal team to hit collective sales goals globally
  • Financial Management
    • Have strong focus on both achieving the fiscal year revenue and EBITDA goals
    • Accurately report and forecast the business on a monthly and quarter basis
    • Review monthly sales and inventory data, seeking out opportunities to drive larger partnerships with accounts


  • 15 years Sales and Key Account Experience
  • Experience in the Fitness, Specialty, Commercial, Gym industry
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience of managing a Sales teams
  • Strong negotiation and financial acumen
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, global environment.
