About the Role

Wahoo Fitness is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing to lead how our brand, product, and commercial priorities come to life through integrated marketing campaigns. This person will connect brand strategy, product marketing, and channel execution, working across creative, content, paid media, ecommerce, CRM, PR, social and international marketing to build clear, cohesive marketing plans that move from strategy through launch.

You’ll also lead Wahoo’s product marketing function across hardware and software, ensuring that we have strong positioning, compelling customer stories, and coordinated go-to-market plans for our products and experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You’ll set direction, lead and develop a small team, coordinate work across functions and agencies, and roll up your sleeves to ensure our biggest marketing priorities move from idea to execution.

What You’ll Do

Integrated Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across Wahoo’s key brand, product, and commercial priorities.
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear creative plans, defining objectives, audiences, messaging, channel roles, deliverables, timelines, and measures of success.
  • Bring together product marketing, creative, content, paid media, ecommerce, CRM, PR, social, int’l marketing, and other teams around a single integrated campaign plan.
  • Lead campaigns from brief through launch, maintaining visibility across deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and timelines.
  • Ensure Wahoo presents a cohesive story and customer experience across campaign touchpoints while adapting execution appropriately by channel, audience, and market.

Marketing Planning & Performance:

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to translate Wahoo’s annual marketing strategy into clear priorities, integrated plans, and campaign roadmaps.
  • Establish clear objectives and success metrics for major campaigns and launches, partnering with channel owners and analytics teams to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Use customer, market, and performance insights to inform campaign strategy, messaging, audience priorities, and future marketing decisions.
  • Help build stronger planning and operating rhythms across the marketing team, improving visibility, prioritization, decision making, and accountability.

Team & Cross Functional Leadership:

  • Lead, develop, and support a high performing marketing team, providing clear direction while empowering team members to own their areas of expertise.
  • Build strong working relationships across product, sales, ecommerce, international marketing, and other functions to ensure marketing priorities are understood and aligned across the business.
  • Create clarity across teams and agencies around roles, responsibilities, timelines, and decisions, helping work move efficiently from strategy through execution.
  • Raise the quality of Wahoo’s marketing by bringing strong strategic thinking, creative judgement, and operational discipline to the work.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 7-8+ years of experience across integrated marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or related disciplines, including experience leading teams and complex cross-functional programs.
  • You know how to turn a brand, product, or commercial objective into a clear integrated marketing plan and lead teams from strategy through execution.
  • You have meaningful product marketing and go-to-market experience and understand how to turn product features and technology into compelling customer propositions.
  • You have strong analytical instincts and use data and customer insights to make decisions, evaluate performance, and improve future work.
  • You’re a strong cross functional leader who can create clarity, build alignment, and keep multiple teams moving toward a shared objective.
  • You combine strategy with execution. You’re comfortable setting direction while also getting into the work when needed to help move it forward.
  • You have experience managing and developing people and you lead by raising the quality of thinking and execution, not just delegating work.
  • Bonus: experience in consumer technology, fitness, endurance sports, or connected hardware and software. You understand the customer because you are the customer.
