At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across high-impact, performance-driven channels. From lifecycle email journeys to paid social and display campaigns, you’ll create work that translates the WHOOP brand into visually engaging, conversion-focused design across email and paid channels.You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, and Web teams to deliver best-in-class design that supports acquisition, retention, and brand storytelling across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-performing creative for email and paid marketing (campaigns, lifecycle flows, product launches, and promotions)

  • Create compelling paid media assets across social, display, and other digital platforms, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles

  • Translate performance data into creative decisions, analyzing what’s working, what’s not, and why

  • Think idea-first while aligning all creative to clear business objectives and KPIs 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to concept and iterate on creative that drives results

  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize creative based on performance data and insights

  • Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices and platforms

  • Maintain and evolve design systems, best practices toolkits, and templates for email and paid media to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Manage production-ready files and handoff, ensuring accuracy across formats and platforms

  • Apply strong attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, particularly in conversion-focused environments

  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative creative culture

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on email and/or paid media within an agency or in-house team

  • Proven experience designing for performance marketing channels, with an understanding of how creative drives conversion

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

  • Experience designing and building email templates (e.g., understanding of email design best practices, responsiveness, and platform constraints)

  • Familiarity with platforms and workflows related to email and paid media (e.g., CRM tools, ad managers, testing frameworks)

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and conversion-focused design thinking

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, iterate quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Curiosity to understand what creative resonates with which audiences and why

  • A portfolio demonstrating both strong design craft and performance-oriented thinking

  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to experiment to improve efficiency and output

  • High attention to detail, organization, and file management

  • Interest in fitness, health, or performance is a plus
